You must know before you buy:

  1. Our TVI security camera requires a DVR for recording video. It supports 1080P TVI DVR,HD CVI DVR, AHD DVR,
    and 960H (D1.700TVL, 800TVL)DVR. It does not support NVR.
  2. In TVI DVR Mode, camera resolution is 1080P.
  3. Camera resolution is 1080P. If connect to 720P DVR if it won?t work. Please make sure you conntact our DVR supports team
    to help you with 1080P signal input.
  4. If you want to remote view by App, you need to use the APP of your DVR

  5. TVI video CAMERA model, provides flexibility for your security applications
    HD-TV technology delivers zero latency HD video over RG59 coax or any standard analog CCTV cable.

Note:
This camera require DVR for recording, not wireless and not support mobile view.
Default mode is HD TVI, if you are using other type of DVR, like Analog DVR,
please switch the video type TVI & follow the user manuals.

Shipping Terms

Tracking information will be sent to you later upon package shipped via email.
We only ship to the shipping address that provided by Paypal OR EBAY.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and current.
We are not responsible for any package lost due to wrong or undeliverable addresses.
For undeliverable or refused package, we will contact customers for re-shipment and customer
is responsible for the actual shipping costs occurred. If there is damage during shipping,
or wrong or missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and keep all original package
and content for investigation purpose.Standard shipping is UPS / FedEx / USPS.
Regular delivery time by USPS or UPS or FedEx vary by 2-4 days.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery by regular shipping.
